Patient Online Access
All patients over 16 can register to be given online access to their health record and allowed to:
- Book and manage your appointments
- Request repeat prescriptions
- Access your health record
Patients who have registered for these services will also be able to view and print certain elements of their clinical record.

To register for prescription ordering you will need to complete an application form and supply two forms of ID in person at reception.
We need to see:
- Photo ID (passport or photo driver licence)
- Proof of address (rent book, letter from bank)
It can take upto a month to register for access to view your medical record.
The practice meets the Governments stated requirement of a daily upload to the Summary Care Record and the use of GP2GP to electronically transfer records when patients register or de-register at the practice
